Telehealth Visit

PDEC is pleased to offer Video Visits with each of our providers for all returning patients who are uncomfortable coming to our office during this time. To schedule a video visit or change your current office appointment into a video visit please call us at 503-297-3336.  You will need to have access to a computer with an available camera and microphone and internet access OR a cell phone with an available camera and internet access to schedule a video visit with us.

There is no application to download! We utilize a HIPAA-compliant secure website for our video visits. You can use your smartphone, a tablet, or a PC – as long as the device you choose has a camera and microphone feature and you have internet access.

If you can reboot your internet router before attempting to connect on your chosen devise and make sure your battery is fully charged, this will ensure there is no disruption to your appointment. Please be patient, as you’ve experienced yourself, some appointments can take longer than others. If you do not have a strong internet connection your video visit may not work well, but we will do our best!

When using your PC: 

A few minutes before your scheduled appointment time click your provider link on this page and answer the questions about yourself and activate your camera. This will put you in the virtual waiting room! Your provider will then start the video visit once they are ready.

When using your smartphone: 

When your PDEC provider is ready for your video visit, they will send you a text message. Tap on the link and you will be taken to the secure website to being the login process.
