IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AND YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR A VISIT IN OUR OFFICE PLEASE CALL IN CASE WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Fever over 100 degrees
- Loss of smell or taste
- Shortness of breath
- Chills
- Body aches
- Positive diagnosis of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
- Close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days
